If the car is equipped with seat belts with the intermediate bracket regulated on height, it is necessary to extend a belt, to press the bracket case from two parties, as shown in
fig. 1.37 and to shift a bracket in required position. The humeral branch of a belt has to settle down on a shoulder as it is possible closer to a neck, but not on a neck or a hand at all. The wrong provision of a belt leads to decrease in its efficiency as means of passive protection at the road accident and increases probability of traumatizing.
