10. Electric equipment



Electric equipment of the car is executed according to the single-wire scheme. The second wire are conducting parts of a body, the engine and other knots and devices ("weight"). Negative conclusions of power supplies (the rechargeable battery and the generator) and consumers are connected to "weight". At the same time often connection with weight is carried out by a special wire.
To a part of consumers food moves via the ignition switch (cars with petrol engines) or the switch of devices and a starter (diesel cars). Passing the switch power-supply circuits of marker lights, plafonds of illumination of salon, lighting of the luggage compartment, the alarm system, a sound signal, hours, the lighter, the radio tape recorder, system of the centralized blocking of doors and electric motors of fans of the cooling system of the engine are connected.
Colors of isolation of wires on schemes in the present manual are designated by letters: the first letter designates color of a wire, the second — color of strips on a wire. Connection of wires is designated by a point. In the absence of connection the end is not put their crossing. Colors of wires are specified in tab. 8.1.
