3.22. Check of level of cooling liquid

Check the level of cooling liquid on the cold engine through each 1000 km of a run. Level of cooling liquid has to be between tags of "MIN" and "MAX" of a broad tank (fig. 1.49). Do not add cold water in the hot engine. Use only mix of the distilled water with etilenglikolevy antifreeze (tab. 1.9). Use of other proportions of solution can lead to failure of the cooling system.
In the absence of cooling liquid in a broad tank it is necessary to check liquid level in a radiator, having opened its stopper and to add liquid to the level of a bulk mouth, and then in a broad tank to a tag of "MAX".

PREVENTION
Do not open a broad tank on the hot engine. In need of performance of any works on the hot engine carefully turn off a tank stopper, gradually dumping pressure.
