4.13.2. Subsystem of management of an ignition advancing corner

System of ignition contactless battery transistor with the mechanical distributor. The Hitachi brand ignition sensor distributor including the built-in block of ignition and the optoelectronic sensor of position of the camshaft and frequency of rotation of the engine is a part of a subsystem. The ignition block, in turn, consists of the coil of ignition, the condenser and the switchboard. The control resistor is built in a plait of wires of the block of ignition. The distributor of ignition is given to rotation from the camshaft of final valves.
Initial corner of an advancing of ignition (at the switched-off socket of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve), a hail:
for       GA14DE and GA16DE 10±2 engines
for       the SR20DE 15±2 engine
Resistance of wires of high voltage at a temperature of 25 °C, kOhm:

The controller constantly receives supply voltage through the conclusion "46" protected by the fuse No. 41 (7,5 A) which is in the assembly block of a motor compartment. At inclusion of ignition tension of the rechargeable battery moves on a conclusion "44" sockets of the controller, and also on four nozzles and the distributor of ignition (a conclusion "7" 2-shtyrkovy sockets of gray color). At the same time a conclusion "4" controllers is connected to "weight". The chain of management of the relay of food of system becomes isolated. After operation of this relay supply voltage moves on conclusions "38", "47" and "109" controllers, then to the ignition distributor

(a conclusion "5" 6-shtyrkovy sockets of gray color), on the measuring instrument of a mass consumption of air (a conclusion "3") via the fuse No. 41 (7,5 A). Along with inclusion of ignition tension moves on the following devices: the sensor of content of oxygen in the fulfilled gases which chain of power supply is protected by the fuse No. 16 (10 A) installed in the assembly block of interior of the car; idling regulator; the HORN electromagnetic valve and purges of an absorber via the fuse No. 25 (10 A) installed in the assembly block of salon. At connection on "mass" of a conclusion "106" controller give permission to operation of the relay of power supply of the fuel pump which chain is protected by the fuse No. 17 (15 A) located in the assembly block of salon. If during about 5 with (time of a delay of receipt of a signal from the sensor of position of the camshaft and frequency of rotation of the engine) an attempt to launch the engine is not made, the controller disconnects an inclusion chain on "mass" of the conclusion "106", powering off thereby the fuel pump. The power-supply circuit of the fuel pump is restored only after revenues to the signal controller from the specified sensor. In case of an engine stop at the switched-on ignition switch duration of a temporary delay makes 1 page. The signal of intention to launch the engine is given on a conclusion "34" on the chain protected by the fuse No. 26 (7,5 A) located in the assembly block of interior of the car. On cars with the conditioner a conclusion "11" controllers are connected on "weight" on the chain protected by the fuse No. 6 (7,5 A) idling of the engine. At the same time tension moves on the relay of turning on of the conditioner and on the regulator of the accelerated idling on the chain protected by the fuse No. 30 (7,5 A). Inspections are carried out according to indications of tab. 2.10 — 2.14 and fig. 2.89 and 2.90.

       PREVENTIONS
That during the checking and adjustment of KSUD not to be traumatized and not to put system knots out of action, it is necessary to follow the following rules.
Do not allow operation of the engine if clips of wires are badly fixed on plugs of the rechargeable battery.
Do not disconnect a wire from plugs of the rechargeable battery on the working engine. It is necessary to disconnect the rechargeable battery from onboard network at its charging on the car from a foreign source of current. Do not start the engine by means of a foreign source more than 12 V.
Do not separate the controller socket at the included ignition. Before connection of plug sockets be convinced of absence of damage and oxidation traces on contacts of fork and rozetochny parts, and also of reliability of connection of sockets. Make sure available a rubber sealant of blocks and the fixing spring. Replace the damaged spring.
Before work on the car with electric welding application including dot, separate the controller socket. Remove the controller if the car is affected by temperature over 80 °C (for example, before the room of the freshly painted car in the drying camera).
Before check of a compression in cylinders of the engine remove the relay of turning on of the fuel pump. The engine will work several seconds and will stop.
Do not check a wire and their connection by a control lamp. Do not check "for a spark" presence of tension in a chain.
Before measurement of resistance of elements of electric equipment of the car disconnect the rechargeable battery.
If the car is equipped with the autoradio tape recorder with a code, before shutdown of the rechargeable battery remember a code of turning on of the autoradio tape recorder.
When checking it is forbidden to attach tips of lengthening wires of the control device to socket conclusions. It is necessary to shift a protective cover of a block and to attach tips from an entrance of wires to a block or to use a special terminal block. In the latter case marking of conclusions of a terminal block has to correspond to marking of conclusions of the socket of the controller.
