4.13.1. Subsystem of management of fuel injection

As the key parameters defining work of a subsystem serve the amount of the arriving air, the provision of a butterfly valve, temperature of cooling liquid, power setting and the provision of cranked and distributive shaft. On the signals arriving from the sensor of content of oxygen in the fulfilled gases constant correction of composition of gas mixture is conducted. Also the system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases enters a control system of the engine. Simultaneous work of subsystems of management of injection of fuel and management of a corner of an advancing of ignition is carried out by the controller on the signals arriving from sensors. Besides, the controller stops supply of fuel at excess of the most admissible frequency of rotation of the engine, and also operates operation of the engine on compulsory single to the course before decrease in frequency of rotation of a bent shaft up to 2000 min. — 1. If on the car the immobilizer is established, the controller carries out comparison of the signal arriving from the ignition switch, and the signal brought
in his memory. The controller gives a signal for connection or power off to a control system of the engine. If on the car the conditioner is installed, the controller operates the relay of turning on of the electromagnetic coupling of the compressor, preventing violation of operation of the engine. In case of failure of any device or the sensor the controller depending on malfunction switches over operation of the engine to standby mode. In the controller there is a program
trackings work of knots of system and record in memory of codes of malfunctions in case of possible failures in their work. Reading of information from memory is possible only by means of the special diagnostic equipment which is connected to a block of the socket of diagnostics located under the block of safety locks in interior of the car. The diagnostic equipment allows to regulate, besides, contents WITH in the fulfilled gases.
The controller represents the microprocessor with digital program control and a block of the plug socket with 64 conclusions numbered with 1 on 48 then with 101 on 116.

The arrangement of the controller is shown in fig. 2.91. For access to it remove an air duct of heating of a floor of salon and the lower air distributor of a heater.
At emergence of malfunction of KSUD in a combination of devices the indicator of orange color lights up that testifies to need of taking measures for defect elimination. Nevertheless the controller will ensure functioning of the engine on the roundabout program that will allow to move on the car at some deterioration in its economic and dynamic indicators. The mentioned indicator is lit at inclusion of ignition and dies away in several seconds after start of the engine. If on the car the immobilizer is established, then the control lamp informs the driver on its serviceability: the lamp blinking at inclusion of ignition signals about malfunction of an immobilizer.

The relay of turning on of the controller is under the central part of the dashboard. Turning on of the relay is carried out through a conclusion "4" controllers. Power supply of the relay, and also sensor of position of the camshaft and frequency of rotation of the engine and measuring instrument of a mass consumption of air moves on a power chain (conclusions of the controller "38", "47", "109").

The relay of turning on of the fuel pump is under the dashboard from left
the parties, behind the assembly block in interior of the car. The controller connects on "weight" through a conclusion "106" chain of management of the relay, providing giving of food on the fuel pump. Food on the engine of the fuel pump arrives with a delay on 5 from later inclusion of ignition and is carried out constantly after the controller obtains information on launch of the engine from the sensor of position of the camshaft and frequency of rotation of the engine or information on giving "+" on a starter through a conclusion "34" controllers. After an engine stop food on the relay continues to arrive during 1 page.

The relay of turning on of the electromagnetic coupling of the compressor of the conditioner is in the assembly block located on the right wing in a motor compartment.
On the car with the conditioner the compressor turns on by means of the relay of turning on of the electromagnetic coupling. Analyzing signals from various sensors, the controller does not allow at turning on of the conditioner of violation of normal operation of the engine. So, at the provision of a butterfly valve "full loading" the controller does not grant permission for turning on of the conditioner. Idling the engine of the relay turns on the regulator of the accelerated idling which increases the frequency of rotation of the engine at turning on of the conditioner.

The sensor of pressure of coolant of the conditioner is screwed in the dehumidifier located ahead on the left side in a motor compartment. It transmits information on coolant pressure through a conclusion of "41" controllers and EBU of air temperature in salon with the evaporator sensor located in the evaporator case.
The electromagnetic valve of the HORN system and purge of an absorber is run by the controller, is located on the left side of the inlet pipeline in a motor compartment. The valve allows to soak up vapors of fuel and to carry out recirculation of the fulfilled gases depending on power setting, temperature of cooling liquid, amount of the arriving air, the provision of a butterfly valve and speed of the movement of the car. Recirculation of the fulfilled gases and absorption of vapors of fuel does not happen in the following cases:
— during start of the engine;
— on the cold or superheated engine;
— at the maximum load of the engine;
— at the accelerated idling;
— at a speed of the movement of the car less than 10 km/h;
— at failure of the measuring instrument of a mass consumption of air.
After an engine stop the electromagnetic valve remains open. Supply voltage 12 V. Velichina of resistance measured on conclusions of the electromagnetic valve, 32,6 Ohms.
The sensor of provision of a butterfly valve fastens on the case of a butterfly valve and consists of a linear potentiometer which mobile contact is connected with an axis of a butterfly valve. On the sensor from the controller supply voltage moves, the size of output tension changes in direct ratio to an angle of rotation of a butterfly valve. The sensor gives information on the provision of a pedal of management of a butterfly valve: "idling" or "full loading". Position of the sensor is not regulated. Supply voltage (between conclusions "1" and "3" sensors) 5 Century.

The measuring instrument of a mass consumption of air (fig. 2.93) of the Hitachi brand of termoanemometrichesky type providing measurement of volume of the soaked-up air irrespective of the atmospheric pressure and air temperature. The air coming to the engine flows round the thin platinum filament installed in the measuring instrument. Filament is a part of the bridge scheme which diagonal tension is regulated on zero by change of current of heating. Temperature of heating of thread is maintained by a constant by means of the electronic scheme of management. At increase in mass of the soaked-up air heat current appropriately automatically increases, keeping thereby the constant temperature of thread. Current of heat serves as a measure of mass of the air which is soaked up by the engine. The parameter defining a mass consumption of the air coming to the engine is tension necessary for maintenance of constant temperature of filament. During 1 from later each stop of the engine at the command of the controller thread heats up to very high temperature for removal of pollution which could distort an output signal. Supply voltage of the sensor is 12 Century.
The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid is installed in the output union of a head of the block of cylinders behind the inlet pipeline on the right. Internal resistance of the sensor decreases in proportion to temperature increase of cooling liquid. Color of marking: plug socket of gray color. Supply voltage of 5 Century.
The optoelectronic sensor of position of the camshaft and frequency of rotation of the engine consists of a disk with cuts. Opposite to cuts on the one hand of a disk two light-emitting diodes, with another — two photo diodes are established. The disk rotates together with the sensor distributor roller. On a disk there are two rows of cuts. Closer 360 cuts are located to edge. The corner between the next cuts corresponds 1 ° an angle of rotation of a bent shaft. Closer to the center of a disk four cuts are tags of position of pistons in cylinders. The widest cut serves as a tag for
1st cylinder.
At the working engine light-emitting diodes light the rotating disk. Light of these diodes passes through the alternating cuts and gets on photo diodes which are connected to the block forming impulses. After processing in the control unit signals from 360 cuts determine the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft. Four other cuts define an ignition order. On the basis of the specified information the control unit establishes an optimum angle of an advancing of ignition and operates the switchboard via which receives food primary winding of the coil of ignition.
Color of marking of the 6-shtyrkovy socket: gray. Supply voltage of 12 Century.
The sensor of content of oxygen in the fulfilled gases with the built-in heating element, fastens on a final collector before catalytic converter. The sensor gives on the controller a signal from 0,1 to 0,8 V depending on the content of oxygen in the fulfilled gases, i.e. from extent of enrichment of gas mixture. The controller supports extent of enrichment of mix according to tension given by the sensor. During start of the cold engine and at full loading the controller does not react to the signals arriving from the sensor. Supply voltage of 12 Century.
In system of production of the fulfilled gases two converters of the fulfilled gases, one of which settles down in a final collector, are established, and another is built in to the final highway.
Pressure sensor in system of the hydraulic booster of steering is on the output union of the pipeline of high pressure of the pump of the hydraulic booster on the right behind in a motor compartment. At achievement idling of the engine of extreme pressure in system of the hydraulic booster the sensor transmits to the controller the corresponding signal and the controller by means of the regulator of idling raises engine turns. Supply voltage of 5 Century.
The sensor of speed of the movement of the car of inductive type, consists of the generator of impulses which is built in the speedometer drive and is on a case of coupling or the hydrotransformer. The generator develops the rectangular impulses with an amplitude of 5 V modulated on frequency depending on the speed of the movement of the car. The signal is given through a speedometer on a conclusion "32" controllers. Color of marking of the plug socket: gray. Resistance on conclusions of the sensor of 250 Ohms.
The sensor of position of the lever of gear shifting (on cars with the mechanical transmission) is installed on a case of coupling and sends information to the controller about position of the lever of gear shifting. Contacts of the sensor are opened at installation of the lever of gear shifting in neutral situation and closed at inclusion of any transfer. At the same time a conclusion "35" controllers is connected to "weight". The controller thereby prevents overloads idling, and also interruptions in operation of the engine at the time of gear shifting. Supply voltage of 5 Century.
The sensor of position of the lever of the selector (on cars with the automatic transmission) is installed on a case of the hydrotransformer and serves for information transfer to the controller about position of the lever of the selector. If on the car the immobilizer is established, the sensor connects to "weight" a conclusion "35" controllers at installation of the lever of the selector in situation "N" or "P". In other provisions of the lever of the selector the immobilizer forbids start of the engine, and the controller prevents overloads idling and interruptions in operation of the engine of gear shifting. Supply voltage of 5 Century.
