Remove the steering mechanism and install its case in a vice with soft sponges. Turn out the adjusting screw of an emphasis of a lath (fig. 6.7), apply a layer of sealant on a carving part of the screw and again wrap the adjusting screw. Slightly wrap a lock-nut. Tighten the adjusting screw the moment of 5 — 6 N · m; turn out the adjusting screw, then tighten its moment 0,2 N · m.

Move several times a lath at all length of the course. Measure by means of a dynamometer key (Nissan ST3127S000 adaptation) and an adapter (Nissan KV48100700 adaptation) (fig. 6.8) the lath gear wheel provorachivaniye moment. Establish a lath gear wheel in the point corresponding to the maximum measured moment. Release, then tighten the adjusting screw the moment of 4,9 N · m. Release the adjusting screw on 70 — 110 °. Tighten a lock-nut the set moment.
