In case of malfunction the steering mechanism is replaced assembled. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery. Establish forward wheels in provision of the rectilinear movement. By means of the syringe pump out working liquid from a tank of the hydraulic booster.
Remove the protection cover of a steering column for access and to the cardan hinge. Mark the provision of a steering shaft. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the cardan hinge. Remove an antisplash guard of the left wheel. Disconnect steering drafts from rotary fists for what to a rasshplintuyta and turn off nuts and a vypressuyta a stripper fingers of hinges from openings in rotary fists. Remove a reception pipe of the muffler. Separate connecting draft from the transmission. Press pipelines of the hydraulic booster and disconnect the union from a case of the steering mechanism, having muffled openings traffic jams. Turn out bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism to a cross-piece of a body
(fig. 6.3) and take out the steering mechanism through an arch of the left wheel.
You carry out installation to the sequences, the return to removal. Attaching steering thirsts for rotary fists, establish distance of X, equal 187 mm
(fig. 6.4). Check the size of movement of a lath of the steering mechanism which has to make 65 mm to the right and to the left
(fig. 6.5), otherwise replace the steering mechanism. Establish a shaft of steering and a gear wheel of the steering mechanism on the tags put at removal. Tighten bolts of support of fastening of the steering mechanism in the order shown in
fig. 6.6. Replace sealing rings of unions of pipelines. Remove air from system of the hydraulic booster of the steering mechanism. Check and if necessary adjust the angles of installation of wheels.
