Disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the rechargeable battery. Disconnect wires of high voltage from candles and exempt them from the brackets of fastening located on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.36, 2.37). Remove collars of fastening and disconnect hoses of a sapun of ventilation of a case on the back party of a cover (fig. 2.38, 2.39). Weaken collars of fastening and disconnect an oil separator hose from the union located on a cover and a hose from the union in the oil separator basis. Turn out bolts of fastening and remove an oil separator from a forward part of a head of the block of cylinders. Turn out in the sequence, return specified fig. 2.40, and remove nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders together with washers. Uncover.

Take laying of a cover and take out sealing rings from nests for spark plugs and the central hairpin on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

Before installation carefully clear the surfaces of interface of a head of the block of cylinders and a cover, remove oil traces. Apply a sealant layer on the surface of three semicircular dredging of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.41). Establish rubber laying in a fillet of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, be convinced that it is correctly laid on all length. Establish four sealing rings in openings for wires of high voltage and a ring in an opening of the central hairpin. If necessary sealing rings can be fixed in the necessary situation with the sealant help.

Apply a layer of sealant about 1 cm wide on laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders at the edges of bearing cover openings on the left side of the camshaft of final valves. Carefully install a cover of a head of the block of cylinders on the engine, watching to shifting laying and sealing rings. Be convinced of the correct provision of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, establish rubber rings, washers and nuts on hairpins.

After installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders slightly tighten the central nut 1 (see fig. 2.40) and four angular nuts in the following sequence: 10, 11, 13 and 8. Then tighten all other nuts of fastening the set moment. Execute further operations as it should be, the return to removal.
