5.6.3. Adjustment of TNVD

Disconnect a wire of the "minus" plug of the rechargeable battery. Separate all electrosockets, disconnect the vacuum drives and cables suitable to TNVD. Remove fuel-supply lines of high pressure, then disconnect the bringing and drain fuel-supply lines from TNVD. On engines of the CD20 model switch-off the device for launch of the cold engine by installation of a plate 15 mm thick between the lever and the starting arrangement (fig. 3.35). Turn a bent shaft and establish a cut (without color marking) a pulley of a bent shaft against a tag on the block of cylinders (the piston in the 1st cylinder is in the provision of VMT of a step of compression).

Install the indicator KV 11229350 device with a support, having removed the carving stopper located on the center of the TNVD distributor (fig. 3.36). Weaken bolts of fastening of TNVD. Adjust position of the indicator so that his shooter settled down between divisions of 1 and 2 mm. Turn a bent shaft on 20 — 25 ° (for the CD20 engine) or on 100 ° (for the CD20E engine) counterclockwise. In this provision of a bent shaft establish an arrow of the indicator on "0". Slowly turning a bent shaft clockwise, establish a tag of yellow color on a pulley of a bent shaft against the tag corresponding to an initial corner of an advancing of injection of fuel. For increase in a corner of an advancing of injection of fuel slowly turn a pump housing in the direction of "from the engine", for reduction — "to the engine" until the indicator shows the set TNVD plunger course. Tighten bolts of fastening of TNVD in this situation and check adjustment of a corner of an advancing of injection of fuel.
