9.5.1. Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder

During the work be guided by fig. 7.13. Open a cowl. By means of the syringe pump out brake fluid from a tank. On the car with the petrol engine remove an air duct. Remove a tank and sealing rings. Disconnect unions of brake tubes from the cylinder, having marked them. Take measures for prevention of the passage of brake fluid. Muffle openings to avoid hit of dirt in them. Turn off from the vacuum amplifier of a nut of fastening of the main brake cylinder and remove it.

You make installation in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time tighten threaded connections the ordered moment. After installation of the main cylinder remove air from a hydraulic actuator of brakes.
