The pyrotechnic device installed in system of seat belts provides an instant tension of belts in case of collision of the car and serves as means of passive safety (fig. 9.52, 9.54).

PREVENTION After removal of the pyrotechnic device do not subject it to blows, do not leave in the sun and do not subject to heating. When replacing use only the details intended for this model of the car including seat belts, the electronic equipment and connecting wires. Before work disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.
