11.5.3. Removal and installation of the rotary switch with a spiral spring (only at a complete set two safety cushions)

Remove the safety cushion block from the driver. Disconnect wires of a sound signal and remove a steering wheel, at the same time forward wheels have to be in provision of the rectilinear movement. Remove a steering shaft casing. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the switch (fig. 9.53), disconnect its shtekerny block and take the rotary switch. Before installation be convinced that forward wheels are in situation for the rectilinear movement. Install the rotary switch, having combined a tag 1 (see fig. 9.53) on a rotor with a tag 2 on a motionless part. Connect a shtekerny block and screw screws of fastening of the switch. Establish a steering shaft casing. Establish a steering wheel and the block of a safety cushion, having attached wires to a shtekerny block of the block of a pillow and to a sound signal.
