11.4.4. Removal and installation of the protection cover of the evaporator

Remove the dashboard. Remove a heater. Pump out coolant from air conditioning system. Separate pressure sensor socket on the evaporator. Unscrew at the level of a front guard in a motor compartment unions of pipelines of a contour of the conditioner. Remove fastenings of the protection cover of the evaporator to a guard of a front and to the fan. Separate halves of the protection cover of the evaporator, at the same time try not to damage the evaporator. Take out the evaporator.

Carry out installation in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time replace all sealing rings and a dehumidifier. Replace oil in a compressor case. Fill with coolant a cooling contour. Check the level of cooling liquid. Be convinced of lack of leak of coolant and operability of the conditioner.
