11.4.2. Removal and installation of the compressor

Disconnect minus a wire from the rechargeable battery. Lift and establish a forward part of the car on supports. Pump out coolant from air conditioning system. Remove a driving compressor belt (see below). Unscrew unions on the pipelines suitable to the compressor, then muffle pipelines and openings of the compressor by means of the corresponding traffic jams. Separate the compressor coupling socket, then the thermal sensor. Turn out bolts of fastening of the compressor (fig. 9.48) and take out the compressor from below.

You make installation in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time replace all sealing rings and a dehumidifier. Replace oil in a compressor case. Fill with coolant air conditioning system. Be convinced of lack of leak of coolant and operability of the conditioner.
