11.4.1. Gas station of climatic installation

Filling of system with coolant is made only by means of the special equipment at gas station. In need of performance of a number of works in podkapotny space or at repair of a body movement of units of climatic installation is allowed provided that pipelines will not be disconnected. When undocking a contour of circulation of coolant it is necessary to replace a dehumidifier and oil in the compressor.

The arrangement of unions of installation is shown in fig. 9.47.

PREVENTIONS During the work with system of circulation of coolant it is necessary to observe the following precautionary measures. 1. Avoid hit of coolant on skin, in eyes, in airways. If it occurred, it is necessary to wash out affected areas a large amount of water, and then to address to medical institution. 2. Any works with coolant have to be performed in well aired room. Consider that coolant is heavier than air therefore at leak can accumulate in osmotrovy ditches and other low places. 3. Cars with the conditioner are forbidden to be placed in the drying cell with a temperature over 80 °C for the term of more than 20 min. 4. At a sink of a motor compartment do not direct a stream of hot water to knots of climatic installation. 5. For gas station of climatic installation it is necessary to use only the materials recommended by manufacturer. 6. You do not smoke about the car if air conditioning system was depressurized. In case of depressurization of system surely replace a dehumidifier. 7. It is strictly forbidden to repair knots of climatic installation with application of welding or the soldering. 8. In need of process of repair work of movement of knots of climatic installation in podkapotny space it should be made, without separating system pipelines.
