6.1.2. Removal and installation of the mechanism of coupling

On cars with the petrol engine disconnect a drive cable from the coupling switching off lever. On cars with the diesel engine disconnect the working cylinder of the drive of coupling (fig. 4.3) from the transmission, without disconnecting from it the pipeline; fix the cylinder so that it was not damaged. Remove the transmission as it is described below.

As it should be, the return specified fig. 4.4, turn off bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling. Previously note the provision of a casing on a flywheel. Remove a coupling casing together with the press and conducted disks. Clear the removed details and estimate their condition, being guided by the requirements provided in tab. 4.1. In case of the increased wear replace details. Degrease a flywheel surface solvent.

Establish into place the conducted disk

by means of the centering mandrel of the Nissan KV 301016000 or another, the suitable size. Establish a coupling casing assembled and fix it by bolts as it is specified fig. 4.4, the set moment. Remove a mandrel. Apply a thin film of lubricant on vents of a main shaft of the transmission and the bearing of switching off of coupling. Install the transmission. On cars with the petrol engine connect a cable of the drive of management of coupling to the lever of a fork of switching off of coupling on the transmission. On cars with the diesel engine install into place the working cylinder of the drive of coupling. Pump over the coupling drive.
