Structurally the lubrication system is similar to the lubrication system of petrol engines. For decrease in temperature of oil the water oil cooler (fig. 3.26) is used.
The oil pump of gear type has the drive from a bent shaft and is similar described in section. "Petrol engines". The oil pressure sensor also does not differ from applied on petrol engines. The oil filter with the replaceable filtering element on the CD20 engine has marking of Nissan 1508-W1103, on the CD20E engine — Nissan 15208-40LOO.
