11.3.2. Removal and installation of a heater

Remove the minus plug from the rechargeable battery. Remove the dashboard. Remove the assembly block in interior of the car (see fig. 8.17) and take aside a plait of wires. Remove fastenings of a steering column to a cross arm and take a column aside.

Remove an arm of fastening of a steering column. Establish in a motor compartment clips on the hoses suitable to a heater radiator, and disconnect hoses. Muffle heater radiator openings. Disconnect cables of management of a heater. Turn out bolts of fastening of a heater to a front guard, and also bolts of fastening of a casing of the fan or case of the evaporator, depending on complete set option. Remove a heater and take out air ducts. Clear surfaces of air ducts and a heater.

You make installation as it should be, the return to removal. Be convinced of the correct accession of air ducts. Check the level of cooling liquid and be convinced of normal work of a heater and ventilation.
