9.2.3. Replacement of a brake disk

Replace brake disks only with couples with simultaneous installation of new blocks. Remove the brake mechanism, without disconnecting from it a brake hose, take him aside and suspend by means of a wire so that the brake hose did not stretch. Screw two bolts of M8x1,25 in two openings which are available on a nave and, evenly tightening them, shift a brake disk from a nave.
Before installation clear the surfaces of interface of a disk to a nave. Clear new disks of conservation lubricant. Execute the remained assembly operations as it should be, the return to removal. Several times press a brake pedal for installation of blocks into position.
