6.2.9. Assembly of the transmission

Take the rings of bearings which remained in nests of parts of a case, and replace all epiploons. Pick up a washer of adjustment of a preliminary tightness of bearings of differential. Establish new rings without washer of a preliminary tightness.

Establish differential in a case of coupling and connect both parts of a case of the transmission; tighten fastening bolts the specified moment.

Measure the indicator of hour type an axial gap of differential. Separate parts of a case and take out a differential bearing ring from a transmission case. Establish in a ring nest a washer at 0,20 — 0,25 mm thick more than the measured axial movement of differential. Establish into place a bearing ring. Establish a main shaft, a gear wheel of transfer of a backing and its axis with the expansion plug (fig. 4.39) in a coupling case. Tighten a flange of fastening of the bearing of a main shaft. Establish a secondary shaft. Establish into place a ball and springs of a clamp, the mechanism of the drive of forks, forks with depreciation inserts (fig. 4.40), a rod of forks with a spring (fig. 4.41). Check ease of rotation of shaft. Apply a sealant layer on privalochny surfaces of parts of a case. Connect both parts of a case of the transmission and tighten fastening bolts the moment of 30 N · m. Uncover, located at an end face of a secondary shaft. Take out an epiploon, then an adjusting ring and the expansion plug. Measure by means of a nutromer distance (A) between a ring of the bearing and a surface of a case (fig. 4.42). Pick up an adjusting ring which thickness determine by a formula
T = And + B — In, where And — the measured distance, mm;
B — 0,18 — 0,25 mm; In — 2,5 mm (thickness of the expansion plug).

Establish into place an adjusting ring (fig. 4.43), having picked up it for tab. 4.3, an epiploon and a cover.
