5.3.5. Check of a hydraulic pusher

You carry out an inspection of a pusher in case of suspicion of its malfunction (cottons, deterioration in operational characteristics). Warm up the engine within 2 min. with a frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of 2500 min. — 1.
Stop the engine and uncover a head of the block of cylinders. Press by means of a wooden or plastic core with the rounded-off end a pusher; at the same time the cam of the camshaft has to be turned by an occipital part to a pusher. If the free wheeling of a pusher is more than 0,1 mm prior to opening of the valve, replace a pusher. At installation of the new pusher which is previously filled with oil and pumped over launch the engine not earlier than in 30 min. not to allow blows of valves to pistons.
