5.1.2. Dismantling and assembly of the engine

Fig. 3.2. Installation of covers of radical bearings of a bent shaft and order of an inhaling of bolts of their fastening

Operations essentially do not differ from similar for petrol engines. Feature is removal of a belt of the camshaft, a belt of the drive of the fuel pump of high pressure (FPHP) and TNVD; the listed operations are described in appropriate sections. Necessary explanations are given in fig. 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10.

Fig. 3.3. Installation of pistons in the block of cylinders: 1 — a tag of dimensional group of the piston; 2 — a tag of dimensional group of cylinders of the block

Fig. 3.4. Installation piston end: And — orientation of rings at installation; B — cultivation of locks of piston rings; 1 — dredging has to be focused on the bottom of the piston towards the gas distribution mechanism drive; 2 — a joint of a spring dilator of an oil scraper ring; 3 — the lock of the top compression ring;
4 — the lock of the lower compression ring

Fig. 3.5. Details of the block of cylinders and krivoshipno-conrod mechanism: 1 — the top compression ring; 2 — the lower compression ring; 3 — an oil scraper ring; 4 — the piston; 5 — a piston finger; 6 — a lock ring; 7 — a rod; 8 — connecting rods; 9 — a cover of the lower head of a rod; 10 — an arm; 11 — the block of cylinders; 12 — laying; 13 — the holder of a back epiploon of a bent shaft; 14 — a back epiploon; 15 — a flywheel; 16 — a back cover of the block of cylinders; 17 — an opening stopper for discharge of cooling liquid; 18 — the aligning plug; 19 — a bent shaft;
20 — an insert of the third support with persistent fillets; 21 — covers of radical bearings of a bent shaft; 22 — an insert of radical bearings of a bent shaft

Fig. 3.8. Tags of dimensional groups of necks of a bent shaft on the first counterbalance, considering from the gas distribution mechanism drive:
1 — a code of dimensional group of diameters of conrod necks of a bent shaft; 2 — a tag of dimensional group of diameter of a conrod neck No. 1; 3 — a tag of dimensional group of diameter of a radical neck No. 1; 4 — a code of dimensional group of diameters of radical necks of a bent shaft

Fig. 3.9. Assembly of conrod and piston group: 1 — number of the cylinder for a complete set of a rod and a cover of the lower head (it has to be focused towards an oil filter); 2 — an opening for lubricant; 3 — a tag of dimensional group of the piston (it has to be focused towards the camshaft drive); 4 — a rod insert with an opening for lubricant; 5 — an insert of a cover of the lower head of a rod
