4.8.4. Removal of a head of the block of cylinders
Before removal of a head of the block of cylinders write down and note the provision of all arms and laying of hoses, cables and wires to facilitate installation of the removed details.
Below removal of a head of the block of cylinders without dismantle of inlet and final collectors is considered. In case of need dismantle of inlet and final collectors execute this operation first of all.
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery. Merge liquid from the cooling system. Remove camshafts. Remove the air filter. Dump pressure in a power supply system of the engine and disconnect a fuel-supply line and hoses of discharge from the case of a butterfly valve or the fuel highway. Muffle all openings to avoid leak of fuel and hit of pollution in a power supply system. Disconnect a cable of the drive of management of fuel supply. Separate electrosockets of a butterfly valve, an inlet collector and auxiliary devices.
Disconnect electric wires from a collector. Provide access to a head of the block of cylinders. Disconnect hoses from the hydraulic booster, hoses of the cooling system and all other hoses from a collector and the corresponding valves. Remove arms of fastening of an inlet collector. Disconnect a reception pipe of the muffler from a final collector.
On cars with the automatic transmission disconnect a cable of compulsory inclusion of a low gear from the case of knot of a butterfly valve.

Weaken a collar of fastening and remove cooling system branch pipes from a back part of the pump of cooling liquid. Disconnect radiator branch pipes from a forward part of a head of the block of cylinders; on models of engines with the distributed release fuel injection till 1993 remove a starter. Turn out and remove a bolt of fastening of branch pipes of the cooling system of a head of the block of cylinders to a back part of the block of cylinders.

Disconnect electrosockets of the distributor, the coil of ignition and the block of ignition. Exempt plaits of wires from fastening collars; take wires aside from a head of the block of cylinders. Disconnect wires of connection with "weight" from a head of the block of cylinders and an inlet collector. Turn out two bolts and remove an arm of fastening of the generator to a head of the block of cylinders. Turn out bolts with a diameter of 6 mm from a chain of the drive of camshafts of a head of the block of cylinders and one bolt in a forward part of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.55)
. Turn out in the sequence, the return head of the block of cylinders shown on fig. 2.56
, ten main bolts of fastening. Make sure that all bolts rotate a hand, take bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders together with washers. Mark them for simplification of installation at assembly. Remove a head of the block of cylinders. Remove laying from the surface of the block of cylinders. If adjusting pins are easily taken out, remove them and you store together with a head of the block of cylinders. Mark with paint the correct provision of adjusting pins in the block of cylinders.
