3.4. Alarm and control lamps, sound signaling devicesControl lamp of charging of the rechargeable battery. Fire of this lamp at the working engine indicates malfunction in system of electric equipment. It is necessary to stop the movement and to check a state and a tension of a belt of the generator. In case of break of a belt it is possible to reach to the nearest car repair shop, considering at the same time the raised discharge of the rechargeable battery.
Control lamp of pressure drop of oil. The burning lamp indicates the lowered oil pressure. If in operating time of the engine the lamp begins to blink or light up, it is necessary to switch off immediately the engine and to be convinced that oil level in the engine is normal. If the lamp burns at the working engine and normal level of oil, it is necessary, without starting the engine, to address on service station in order to avoid an engine exit out of operation.
Control lamp of level of brake fluid and turning on of the parking brake. Fire of a lamp indicates the low level of brake fluid in a tank or the switched-on parking brake. The movement with the burning lamp is inadmissible; it is necessary to add brake fluid or to switch off the parking brake. If the lamp does not die away — tightness of the brake system is broken. It is necessary to address on car repair shop.
Control lamp of malfunction of a control system of the engine and the anticreeping NATS V2.0 system (for models with petrol engines). Fire of this lamp indicates malfunctions in the complex control system of the engine (CCSE). The electronic system will ensure functioning of the engine, but at the same time economic and dynamic parameters of the car will be reduced, and also the maintenance of harmful components in the fulfilled gases can be increased. Control lamp of anti-blocking system of brakes. If the lamp lights up at the working engine, it indicates malfunction of system. Nevertheless the brake system will normally work.
Control lamp of inclusion of driving beam of headlights. Lights up blue light at inclusion of driving beam and dies away if to turn on passing beam of headlights.
Control lamp of inclusion of indexes of turn and alarm system. Blinks at turning on of the corresponding switches.
Control lamp of an open door. Lights up at an open door if ignition is included.
Control lamp of insufficient level of liquid in a windscreen washer tank. At fire of a lamp it is necessary to add liquid in a tank.
Alarm lamp of low level of fuel in a tank. Lights up when in a tank there are about 6 l of fuel. It is necessary to fill the car, without bringing to a full expenditure of fuel in a tank.
Alarm lamp of switching off of the raising transfer (for the automatic transmission). Lights up in that case when the switch of the raising transfer is installed in the provision of "OFF" (off).
Alarm lamp of availability of water in the fuel filter (for diesel engines). Plum of water from the filter indicates the need. Availability of water in the fuel filter can put the engine out of action.
Control lamp of inclusion of prestarting heating of candles of an incandescence of the diesel engine. The lamp lights up at turn of the ignition key in the provision of "ON" and dies away at a warming up of candles of an incandescence. At the cold engine time of a warming up increases. At launch of the hot engine the lamp does not light up.
Alarm lamp of a safety cushion. At inclusion of ignition the lamp has to light up approximately on 7 with, then go out. The expert in any of the following cases has to examine the car:
— the lamp does not die away through 7 with;
— the lamp blinks;
— the lamp does not light up.
Without check and elimination of these malfunctions operation of system of safety cushions is not guaranteed.
