In climatic installation (fig. 9.46) as coolant R134a liquid is used. Capacity of system makes (650±50) g. For lubricant of knots Nissan oil type R (KLHOO-PAGPO) is used. Amount of oil in installation 200 of cm3. When replacing separate units of climatic installation it is necessary to fill up amount of oil; so, when replacing the compressor add 200 cm3, the condenser — 75 cm3, the evaporator — 75 cm3, a dehumidifier — 5 cm3, the pipeline — 30 cm3. Characteristics of the compressor of the conditioner are presented in tab. 9.2. The drive of the compressor is carried out by a belt from a pulley of a bent shaft. On models with the petrol engine a belt of the drive poliklinovy, on models with the diesel engine — maple. The tension of belts is made by a tension roller. When pressing a branch of a belt with a force of 98 N the deflection has to make, mm: — the GA14DE engine — 5 — 7 for a new belt, 6 — 8 for the working belt;
— the GA16DE engine — 5,5 — 6,5 for a new belt, 6 — 7 for the working belt;
— the CD20 engine — 9 — 11 for a new belt, 11 — 13 for the working belt.
